Sounds wonderful! Target had Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts on sale, buy one, get one free (and there was a coupon on the box)! Love a good deal! I have been meaning to try Pioneer Woman's homemade pie crust recipe, but the store bought kind is just so convenient and delicious!
