footloose.

i just got back from seeing the new footloose movie with my girl hannah.  it was so fun!  baby girl was even dancing the WHOLE time!  speaking of dancin'... i can't wait for her to get here, so i can get my "just dance II" on again.  maybe it will be james brown helping me shed this baby weight instead of mommy and me yoga?  here's hoping! 

tag would have loved this movie (or at least all the music), based on his recent peaked interest in dancing.  as soon as he gets in to his room he goes and turns his music player on and bops and bounces to the music. (that sounds a lot more docile than it actually is... it really involves him banging the toy on the table until it begins to play.)  he even has a toy guitar he enjoys playing and dancing with.  our favorite is when we're watching something like 'The Office' and the intro song comes on and he runs over to the TV to dance.  it's truly hilarious!  i wish we had a decent video camera so i could post this dude's new moves!  instead, i'll leave you with this photo that is a bit more 'tom cruise' than 'kevin bacon,' but cute none the less.
