So our good friends Jean and Trent just finished renovating a house two doors down from us over here in East Durham, and they finally moved in. We are so pumped! It's awesome to have friends so close (I mean, literally shouting distance). So far we've been able to watch each other's boys, our dogs,and go for morning walks at Duke and the ATT.
Just this last week, Jean watched Tag for me during a meeting that was scheduled after business hours on a day when B was working late out of town. When I got there, Hudson was eating dinner and Tag was helping him eat. It's so neat to have these boys hanging out more. Hudson (he's SO smart!) even says Tag's name when he sees him.
Charlie is so mellow, and he doesn't care to be playing with Durham outside for too long. But the nice thing is, he encourages Durham to chill.
Hudson is such an easy baby to watch. I don't know if it's because he's a few months older than Tag or what? He even goes down so easy in the pack n play in my room with a blanket. Sweet huh? When he and Tag are both awake, they play really nicely together. I look forward to seeing these boys grow up together!
