2 years.

this post is a tad over due, as we hit the 2 year mark a few weeks ago (may 4th), but i just wanted to share with everyone the fun we had. i can't believe it's been 2 years!

we kind of took the anniversary weekend easy... or tried to, at least. we closed on our house the week before our anniversary so we were busy painting and sanding and painting some more (photos to come). luckily, we had a lot of help from a few faithful friends (shout out to paul and hannah-- gracias mi amigos!) because i didn't feel like i was much help at all... except in the kitchen, which is the room we were working in on our anniversary.

we decided to take a break from the house on friday night to do something fun. we first went to dinner at chamas. (next time i'll remember to not eat the entire day so i can really enjoy it all!) after wards, b and i took a painting class over at golden belt. the class was so much fun, and i can't wait to go back! the gallery we went to was at labour of love (yes that photo is us), and they served light refreshments and a few bottles of wine (which i had to pass on, of course). the wine must encourage creativity though, because everyone else had pretty awesome paintings!
