committed.

B and i have officially committed to durham! we’ve given up our vagabond ways of renting/moving every year, and we’ve settled down (for now). the decision took me by surprise in a way, but after living in durham for several months we knew this was the place for us.

the tough part was finding the perfect first house. but, once we began looking and praying, it didn't take us long to decide that we wanted to do more than just buy a house, we wanted to be a part of a growing community. we wanted to find a unique neighborhood where we could be involved and engaged as neighbors. we both feel excited and blessed to be able to say we found what we were looking for! God has been extremely good to us this year, and we are so thankful for his provision. i look forward to sharing with everyone the amazing experiences we have in our new home!
